This turnout is equipped with a powerful and low-noise drive featuring secure positioning achieved by a robust 10 mm motor with planetary gear. By rearranging the variable end stops, a left, right, or 3-way diversion can be selectively created. The electronics are housed compactly within the casing. The diverter can be controlled manually, via buttons/switches or our InduktivCharger, item 8408, enabling digital control capabilities. Like the vehicles, the turnout can be comfortably configured in the CarManager.

The receiver coil enhances vehicles with inductive charging capabilities and necessary communication. It effortlessly clips onto the transmission block and is connected to the vehicle board through a two-pole plug connection. When used in conjunction with the InduktivCharger, item 8408, it enables unlimited runtime without user intervention. Vehicles can be powered on and off at inductive charging stations. The runtime-to-charging-time ratio is approximately 3:1, depending on system and vehicle conditions. Enhance your CarMotion layout with in-vehicle sound effects. The retrofittable sound modules are vehicle-specific, ensuring they are mechanically, visually, and acoustically tailored to each model. These modules reproduce engine sounds for starting and stopping, as well as various driving-related sounds, such as gear changes, brake squeals, and depending on the vehicle type, even reverse warning signals. The horn, and if equipped, a siren, can also be activated. The engine sound volume is adjustable. The selectable and adjustable sounds can be controlled via remote control, DCC command, infrared command, or magnetic sequence. The circuit board of the sound module is easily connected to the vehicle‘s circuit board using a four-pin connector and secured with screws. The previous left-side components, such as the exhaust and air tanks, are replaced with the new components that house the speaker. The InduktivCharger enables wireless recharging of vehicles through inductive communication. Vehicles come to a halt on the module and automatically position themselves over the charging coil, allowing charging currents to be self-regulated. These modules are particularly suitable for locations with longer dwell times, such as traffic lights or level crossings. Multiple modules can be interconnected to autonomously guide vehicles to charging positions with upcoming software updates. A control output for the motorized 2/3-way turnout, item 8448, which can also control servos, complements the capabilities. For trucks, the ratio of driving time to charging time is approximately 3 to 1, allowing for virtually unlimited driving time. The InduktivCharger can also switch vehicles with receiver coils on and off.
