The patented flat drive unit, similar to the one used in the ROBEL, is a perfect fit for the flat construction of this waggon. Between 1958 and 1967 the DB purchased more than 14 200 2-axle platform waggons with tiltable side and end boards. They serve for transporting vehicles and large volume freight. As from 1965 the vehicles without side stakes were classified as Kls. The models are suitable for epochs III – VI.
