1. Select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct them

In our online store, you can select products from the range we offer and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button, which you can view at any time using the shopping cart button. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "X" button in an item line.

a. Use of PayPal Express

Directly on the product page or in the shopping cart you will find the button "Direct to PayPal". This button will take you directly to PayPal where you can make the payment. Your address data will be transmitted to us by PayPal.

2. Entering your data / registration

Click on the "Checkout" button to enter your details. Here you can choose whether you want to register with us or enter your data as a guest. If you are already registered, you can log in here with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, please enter your address details here and click on "Continue".

3. Select payment method

Click on the "Continue" button and you will be taken to the next page where you can select the desired payment method. Click on the "Continue" button here and you will be taken to the order overview.

4. Order overview and completion of the order

Here you will find an overview of the items you have placed in your shopping cart and the costs incurred, delivery address and payment method. Please check that all details are correct. By clicking on the button "Order with obligation to pay" you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.

If you have selected the payment option "PayPal", you will now be forwarded directly to PayPal where you can make the payment.

5. Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again. This e-mail serves exclusively to inform you that we have received your order.

6. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you submit a binding offer to us. A contract between you and us is concluded after completion of the payment process.

7. Payment Methods

When ordering via our online store, we offer you four options for paying for your goods:

 

a. Pay with PayPal 

If you have selected the "PayPal" option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.


b. Pay with Credit Card

In cooperation with "PayPal" we offer payment by credit card (Visa or Master Card), please enter your credit card details during the ordering process. The total amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched to you. Your credit card details will not be stored by us.


c. Pay with direct debit (only within Germany) 

In cooperation with "PayPal" we offer payment by direct debit, please enter your bank details in the order process. Your bank details will not be saved by us.


d. Payment by Invoices

In cooperation with "PayPal" we offer you purchase on account as a payment option.

Please note that payment must be made to PayPal.


PayPal Invoice

The payment period is 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched and is sent either by e-mail or together with the goods. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here. The online store does not charge a fee per order when purchasing on account with PayPal.

8. Storage of the contract text

We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.

9. Lega liability for defects

For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights apply, unless otherwise regulated in § 12 of our General Terms and Conditions.

10. Contract Languages

The Contract Languages are German and English.

11. Complaints / dispute resolution

If you have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please click on the following link and follow the instructions there:
