After switching on, the fluorescent tubes flicker for a prototypical time until they all reach full output and burn uniformly. Each lamp operates slightly differently. At one of the outputs a defect fluorescent lamp can be simulated. This tube will flicker in irregular intervals, sometimes lighting up quickly and other times very slowly. 5 separate outputs with different starting patterns. Each output can drive 3 lamps.
