Enhance your CarMotion layout with in-vehicle sound effects. The retrofittable sound modules are vehicle-specific, ensuring they are mechanically, visually, and acoustically tailored to each model. These modules reproduce engine sounds for starting and stopping, as well as various driving-related sounds, such as gear changes, brake squeals, and depending on the vehicle type, even reverse warning signals. The horn, and if equipped, a siren, can also be activated. The engine sound volume is adjustable. The selectable and adjustable sounds can be controlled via remote control, DCC command, infrared command, or magnetic sequence. The circuit board of the sound module is easily connected to the vehicle‘s circuit board using a four-pin connector and secured with screws. The previous left-side components, such as the exhaust and air tanks, are replaced with the new components that house the speaker. The charger for the trucks and buses of the Viessmann CarMotion system can be powered by any commercially available USB power supply unit or by almost any device such as PC, laptop, power bank etc. With the enclosed cable, the charger can be connected to a USB-A power supply. The charger’s plug just needs to be inserted into the socket underneath the CarMotion vehicle. An empty battery is recharged within 35 minutes. A partially discharged battery requires correspondingly less time to be recharged. The current charging status of the vehicle during the charging process is indicated by the interior lighting of the vehicle flashing in 4 steps.

Was ist CarMotion?
CarMotion ist ein zukunftsweisendes Carsystem für die Spur H0, das auf einem präzisen, unsichtbaren Lenksystem basiert. Die Fahrzeuge bewegen sich autonom über Ihre Straßen – ganz ohne sichtbare Führungsschlitze. Eine feine Drahtführung unter der Straßenoberfläche lenkt die Fahrzeuge mithilfe eines im Modell verbauten Lenkmagneten. Durch die integrierte Elektronik steuern sich die Autos selbstständig, realistisch und geräuscharm.

Technik trifft auf Realität: So funktioniert CarMotion
Jedes CarMotion-Fahrzeug ist mit modernster Technik ausgestattet: Akku, Fahrmotor, Lenkmagnet, Steuerplatine und Beleuchtung (Abblendlicht, Rücklicht, Blinker). Die Energieversorgung erfolgt über einen leistungsfähigen Lithium-Akku, der per Kontaktplatte oder spezieller Ladeposition in der Anlage einfach wieder aufgeladen werden kann.
Die Fahrzeuge folgen einer unterirdisch verlegten Drahtspur – völlig unsichtbar für den Betrachter. Das bedeutet: keine störenden Spurrillen, kein mechanischer Eingriff in die Fahrbahnoberfläche und maximale gestalterische Freiheit. Über Sensoren und digitale Steuerung lassen sich sogar Haltepunkte, Geschwindigkeiten und Richtungswechsel definieren.
