Track G
Size II was one of the very first standardised model railway sizes. As model railways were miniaturised further and further, it fell into oblivion for a long time. It experienced a renaissance as a replica of narrow-gauge railways in metre gauge suitable for outdoor use. The scale is 1:22.5 and the metre gauge replica has a track gauge of 45 mm. This size is also referred to as G gauge, such as garden railway or large railway.
