4021 problem

  • I have bought a Viessmann 4021 for use with Marklin.
The basic test works fine and the signal can be controlled from 2 switches on the track.
However, when I want to control the current of the tracks with the red wires, there is too little voltage, around 2V, so nothing happens.
Have I misunderstood the function of the device?

    Dear Sir,

the two red wires causing an integrated relay driving current can be switched to an isolated section of track, virtually an automatic train control system. About the two blue lines is switched to ground control, the yellow wire goes to positive, the brown also grounded. It will certainly succeed, or the signal may be defective. Then please complain to the dealer.

    Many regards
