I think that Viessmann should be congratulated for offering training courses for beginners and advanced users. The idea of making training material available for customers who can not travel the distance required could be very useful.
The growth in the number of customers who live outside Germany will be a problem due to language difficulties as we all know.
If it is the intention of the Company to vigorously pursue a policy of marketing the Commander outside Germany as appears to be happenening at present those users will expect to be supported. For example some form of local training and materails in a language such as English and a forum with an English section. Here I am thinking not only of the UK where I am based but one of the largest markets which is the USA.
