Hallo
Recently I slightly damaged the case to the Commander by sticking a piece of cellotape to one side. This was when I needed to protect the screen with a cover during the need to travel to another location.
When I removed the cellotape the glossy coating to the case came away leaving a dull area.
Might be useful information to other owners.
Viessmann could think about providing a more durable coating the the unit.
