5208 Aufenthaltsschalter

    Hallo.


    I have several questions about 5208 Aufenthaltsschalter.


    1- Is it possible to use this module only in one direction?


    2- Is it possible to use this module in two directions, but in different lines, or i should buy second module for the second line?


    3- How can i use semaphore signals with this module?

    Hello,


    the operation in both directions is possible, using a parallel track. However, this can only happen within one stream-circuit. Semaphores can recently be connected via our relay 5227 on 5208 (and also on 5214). Please write an email to W.Brinken @ viessmann-modell.com. I can send you a manual.

    Why it's impossible to use viessmann 5552 relay or roco 10019 relay for semaphores?


    P.s it's strange, but now one word about this raley in manual or in viessmann signalbuch ( very interesting book)

    Hello,
    it is required for the switching process for form signals with 5214 and 5208 a monostable relay as the new 5227, which could not be taken into account in the new signal book. You can access the operating manual of 5227 on our website, where the circuit is explained with 5208.
