Does Commader programm CVs of Maerklin MFX decoders?

Hello.
I have a question:
Does Commader programm CVs of new Maerklin MFX decoders?

Recently, i tried toprogramm it, but i achieved no reaction of CV programming for all available (3) option for Motorolla standart and also for Motorolla scanning active.

Loco still runs at default address with default settings.

Please help.

Hi Vadim,
MFX decoder you can program with two modus. Mot. new ibox, and Mot 8 functions.
give your new address in the page one of the Loko editor and than press the button store "Loko into" the decoder. Please wait for a reaction of the decoder. The MFX decoder flash with the lamps from the Loko. After this the new address is programmed.
The same you can do in page 6 as a CV programming for acceleration delay CV 3, breaking delay CV4, maximum speed CV5 and so on. Use your Loko manual for more.

I did so, and Locos with MFX reacts by lights during programming but dont change CV1 and CV3.
I did this programming not only from Viessmann Commander, but also from another stations, but there is no result.

I think these decoders are bad.

I encountered with MFX for first time(my friend ask me), sorry for bothering.
