3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

6. Use of our webshop
(1) If you wish to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data that we require for the processing of your order. Mandatory information necessary for the execution of the contracts is marked separately, the provision of further information is voluntary.
We process the data provided by you to process your order. To this end we can pass on your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter b of the GDPR.
You can voluntarily create a customer account, through which we can save your data for subsequent additional purchases.If you create an account under
"My Account", the data you provide will be revocable.You can always delete all other data, including your user account, in the customer area. We may also process the information you provide us with to inform you of other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information.
(2) Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. Your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
(3) In order to prevent third parties gaining unauthorised access to your personal data, in particular financial data, the order process is encrypted using TLS technology.

8. Use of social-media plug-ins
(1) We are currently using the following social media plug-ins: Facebook and Google+. We use the so-called two-click solution. In other words, when you visit our site, basically no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. The provider of the plug-in can be identified by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We provide you with the opportunity to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and activate it as a result, the plug-in provider receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer. In addition, the data mentioned in section 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. In the case of Facebook, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is immediately anonymised following collection. By activating the plug-in, personal data will be transmitted by you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA). Such an evaluation is performed in particular (also for non-logged-in users) for the presentation of needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network of your activities on our website. 9. Our online presence on Facebook, Instagram
Our presence on social networks and platforms serves a better, active communication with our customers and interested parties. We inform there about our products and current special offers.
When you visit our websites on social media, your data may be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes. So-called usage profiles are created from these data using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to your interests. For this purpose, cookies are usually used on your terminal. 10. Integration of Google Maps
This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To use the functions of Google Maps it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website.
